Ketchikan is one of the most popular cities in Alaska and there is so much to discover and learn about this charming city. I # ve lived and worked here and lived here for several years, so I wondered what some of its attractions are that are a must-do - do, see and do. The huge wilderness of Alaska is present from the seating position and thus an ideal place for hiking, camping, fishing and hiking. The town of K fetchikan in southeastern Alaska is located in a temperate rainforest filled with a variety of bird species, mammals, birds of prey, fish, reptiles, amphibians and more.

Among the other notable facts about the monument is that it travels the Inside Passage through Southeast Asia. Southeast is known to be one of the most beautiful places in the world, and there is a lot of natural beauty and wildlife in Ketchikan, as well as some of Alaska's best fishing.

One of the must-do activities before visiting if you've ever enjoyed logging shows on ESPN or the History Channel is a visit to the Alaska Rainforest Museum, located on a steep hill in the heart of this beautiful Alaska rainforest reserve. Two of my highlights in and around Katcheikan are the Natural History Museum of Alaska and Saxman Native Village, where you can watch the local carvers at work.

Although Ketchikan does not lack breathtaking scenery, most will agree that Misty Fjords National Monument is one of the most attractive attractions in Katchikan. Carved from the top of a mountain in the middle of Alaska's most remote region, MistyFjord National Monument showcases the wonders of nature and hosts the largest and most beautiful mountain range in the world.

Potlatch Park was built in the late 19th century on the site of a former railway station in Ketchikan. Fascinating and fascinating are the words that rightly describe the Totem Bight State Historical Park, located just a few miles south of Katchikan in a remote part of the state of Alaska. Just outside the park is Arctic Spirit, which specializes in Alaska art, while the Scanlon Gallery is known for exhibiting masterpieces by local Alakans.
