Your tour includes a fully narrated guided tour of Potlatch Totem Park located on a 10-mile picturesque drive along the Tongass Narrows, North of the downtown area. Experience the Clan House, Carving Shed and 19 Totem Poles carved by Native Artisans. Discover what a Native Fishing Village would have looked like back in the 1800's with its majestically carved totem poles and authentically built tribal house. Also explore free admission into the Old Russian Museum, where you will find a display of extremely rare antique firearms and other curiosities.
Drive by Creek Street and "Dolly's House" the infamous Madame and learn the stories and legends of old.
Visit beautiful Herring Cove a 9-mile drive South of town that takes you far away from the crowds and the hustle bustle of the downtown area. A small inlet cove that will allow sights and sounds of the beautiful wildlife that only Ketchikan can offer.  During Salmon season, Black Bears. Bald Eagles Herons and Seals are often spotted in this area. View the Salmon just a few feet away as they fight their way up stream June through September.
This tour is considered easy. and accommodated by coach or small van. At conclusion of the tour guests can choose to be dropped off at Creek Street and browse the boardwalk with its many shops or dropped off at your ship.
